On BIFFI.COM are offered for sale only branded, original and top quality products. These products are purchased directly from the Seller from fashion houses, manufacturers and retailers carefully selected for their rigorous quality controls.

The items in the BIFFI.COM catalog are depicted through a series of images that are representative of the product. The colors of the images may vary depending on the computer and screen from which they are consulted, presenting slight differences from the originals.

Images and descriptions of each product are available online, as well as a size chart to help you choose the correct size.

All purchases made on BIFFI.COM are governed by the provisions contained in the General Conditions of Sale contained in the Terms and Conditions section.


Prices & Currency

Within BIFFI.COM the price of the item is indicated (full price and / or discounted) in different currencies and with different prices depending on the selected shipping country and the rules agreed with the different brands of origin.

final invoices will be in Euro (EUR) for all shipping countries. To allow customers to understand the accuracy of Euro prices in their own currency, BIFFI.COM also shows prices in multiple currencies, which are intended as indicative only. The final amount on credit cards may vary depending on currency fluctuations and bank fees. BIFFI.COM kindly suggest customers contact their bank and be informed about the value of the price conversion and the bank fees related to the transaction. Credit cards will be charged in Euro (EUR) or local currency and the final price will be calculated and charged at the specific exchange rate on the day of the transaction.

The prices are subject to change in response to changes in exchange rates, declines and other commercial factors. The price applicable to your order will be the current price at the time of acceptance of the order.

Customers purchasing from a country served as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) will not incur import duties and taxes in addition to the cost of items and shipping charged by BIFFI.COM.

Non-DDP customers, i.e. purchasing from a country served as DAP (Delivery At Place) will BIFFI.COM charge the cost of the items purchased and shipping costs and the Customer will have to bear independently, in addition, the charges related to taxes / duties. Import duties or tax costs will be invoiced directly by DHL or by an import broker appointed by the Customer.

The prices of the items do not include any shipping costs and other services that can be selected during order completion.

Promocode

You can use the PROMOCODES on BIFFI.COM by inserting them directly in the dedicated section inside the Shopping Bag and during Checkout.

All promotional codes have a time validity that cannot be changed.

Placing and payment of the order

On BIFFI.COM it is possible to place orders both as registered users and in guest mode. In this second mode, registration to BIFFI.COM will not be required, but only the data necessary to process the order. We recommend registration in order to better follow the status of your order as well as to take advantage of the additional benefits reserved (personal account to manage your information; wishlist where to save favorite products; order tracking to always have the status of purchases under control; easy and secure payment settings; personal stylist for valuable live advice via chat).

To complete your order, you will need your full name, email address, shipping address, billing address and a telephone number if needed by our Customer Service and DHL courier to schedule delivery. In ITALY is also required the tax code for the purpose of issuing the invoice.

The buyer’s data required for shipping and billing must be entered by the customer who can save them in his account (where he registered at the site) and/ or at the time of order and it is the responsibility of the customer to verify and ensure the correctness and timeliness.

Once an order has been placed, no changes can be made to the order itself.

In particular, FOR ALL ORDERS: THE COUNTRY ENTERED IN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS CANNOT BE CHANGED FOR ANY REASON.

Changes to the invoice after it has been issued are also not permitted.

When you place your order online, your Credit Card details are provided in a secure online banking system provided by PayPal Commerce.

BIFFI.COM customers are guaranteed maximum security in using a credit card because all transactions are processed using a secure server. CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL WILL NOT ASK FOR OR ACCEPT CREDIT CARD NUMBERS AND/OR SECURITY CODES AND/OR EXPIRATION DATES. BIFFI.COM advises its customers to request the security PIN codes provided for e-commerce by Verified by  Visa and Secure Code by Mastercard. PayPal
BIFFI.COM accepts payments from PayPal Account and reserves the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address as the PayPal verified account.

If there are sufficient funds and the account information is correct, the transaction is processed immediately and the withdrawal is authorized. The authorization will become a debit on the account only when the order is shipped for the amount corresponding to the items available.



Scalapay

This is a financing method that allows you to purchase and receive products up to an amount of € 2.000,00 by paying them in 3 convenient equal monthly installments.

Upon confirmation of your order through the website, you will be redirected to Scalapay where you can access your profile or create one. Once payment has been confirmed, you will be charged the first installment (equal to a third of the total value of the order) while the following 2 installments will be charged in the following two months.

The service is available in Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Holland, Austria, Portugal and Finland.

Secure payments

BIFFI.COM uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and protect data transmitted online. If SSL is enabled, you'll see a padlock at the top of your browser. By clicking on it you can access more information on SSL digital certificate registration.

You will also notice the URL at the top of your browser will start with 'https' instead of 'http'. This means that you are browsing in protected mode.

BIFFI.COM is registered with Cybertrust as an authentic site. In this way we can guarantee that the information exchanged between your browser and our server will remain private.

If your card issuer is based in the EU, we may require you to verify your payment due to a new requirement under the Second Payment Services Directive (PSD2). You will be redirected to a dedicated page where you can enter more information, or we may ask you to authorize payment using your mobile phone. Once this process is complete, you will return to BIFFI.COM.

Our company has developed a process aimed at preventing fraud attempts by users.

In particular, in cases where BIFFI Boutiques S.p.A. detects the presence of a risk of fraud during the purchase process, the customer care department of BIFFI Boutiques will send a communication by e-mail to the customer requesting a proof of payment with BIFFI.COM ( e.g. the receipt of the purchase that can be downloaded through the home banking app or by requesting it directly to the financial institution).

This document does not contain any sensitive data linked to the account and/or card, but only and exclusively shows the transaction with BIFFI.COM, date, time and the currency conversion of the purchase amount.



Order Status

You can check the status of your order online by logging into your area in your account. In the case of orders containing multiple items, it is possible that the latter arrive with separate shipments.
Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
