If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can make the return by giving notice within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery, in the same conditions in which you received them. The security tag must still be intact and attached to the returned products.
At the moment it is not possible to exchange the products purchased. If you wish to purchase a different product or in a different size, you will have to proceed with the return of the purchased product and place a new order.
To proceed with the return, please follow the instructions below, which refer to the exercise of the right of withdrawal. In case of defective or incorrect goods, please contact support@biffi.com

Return Instructions
If you have made the purchase as a guest, without accessing an account on BIFFI.COM, to proceed with the return, you must contact BIFFI.COM Customer Service in advance at support@biffi.com, communicating your order number, First and last name items to be returned.BIFFI.COM will send you a confirmation email, with the return authorization number (RMA), the shipping label and the return shipping instructions.
If you have made the purchase by accessing your account on BIFFI.COM you just need to login, access the MY ACCOUNT area and you can independently request the return in a few clicks: in the MY ORDERS section select the order for which you want to request the return and click on VIEW ORDER, where the details of the individual order are shown. To send the return request you will have to click on the button at the bottom right CREATE RETURN and fill out the relevant form indicating the quantity and reason for the return. When you click the SEND button, a screen will appear with the Return Authorization (RMA) number. Please keep this information and note it in the appropriate section of the return document already present in the package.
You will be sent by e-mail a confirmation of receipt of your return request, but before sending the package please wait for the next e-mail authorizing the shipment of the return. The status of the return will change from PENDING to AUTHORIZED.
The product must be shipped within 14 (fourteen) days from the return request.
It is sufficient to pack the package well and display the pre-printed return label - bearing the return address - already included in the package and enter the return number (RMA) in the package.
The return shipment is free if made using the courier provided by BIFFI.COM. If the return package is sent using a courier other than the one supplied, or in a different way from those indicated, all the consequent costs will be borne by the Customer.
Refunds
Refunds Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned items have been reviewed and accepted by BIFFI.COM. For orders paid by credit card, the amount refunded will be available on the same card used for payment in about 10 days from the date of acceptance of the return. Processing time may vary depending on your credit card company. Orders paid by PayPal will be refunded to the account used for the original purchase. Refunds will be made in Euro (EUR). Any customs charges, taxes and original shipping costs incurred will not be refunded to the Customer except in the case of defective / incorrect products.
Return Terms and Conditions
The security tag must still be intact and attached to the returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
Items must be returned with all original labels and labels still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the order.
Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as packaging for shipping.
Returns must be shipped in the BIFFI.COM box, sealed. If our box is unusable, you can use another box with the same size suitable for shipping the items.
The costs of returning the goods will be borne by BIFFI.COM in the event that the Customer makes use of the carrier authorized by BIFFI.COM, using the return documents provided and sends the goods from the country from which the delivery took place. Otherwise, the costs of the return will be borne by the Customer.
In the event that the goods are in such a state as not to allow the resale, or other essential conditions for the right of withdrawal have not been met, BIFFI.COM reserves the right to refuse the return request by giving special notice to the Customer. As a result of such communication, the Customer shall have the possibility to regain, at his own expense, the products in the state in which they were returned.
Items that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene are excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as, for example, socks, socks, underwear and swimwear and the items contained in the underwear / lingerie section.
For each item in which the exclusion of withdrawal applies, BIFFI.COM is indicated to the consumer directly on the article page.
At its sole discretion biffi.com has the right to accept the request for withdrawal also for goods that are excluded from the right, if it deems appropriate and justified reasons.
For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trade applies.
